I also see that there seems to be no paperwork on Joe's end to corroborate the 400 million for Bedford, but filing an erroneous claim for a casual $400 million dollars seems like a ludicrous thing to be fraudulent about.
Probably is more likely Joe forcibly swept that under the rug.
Of course I am no lawyer and have not seen Bedford's paperwork.
