yup, yup, yup. Gerald has also mention 'transaction' a few times in regards to the external valuations they are getting one of which already is Tollovir for hospitalized patients.

Oh and Todos owns the majority of 3CL Pharma and has the option to raise it from 52% to 60% with a royalty payment. Actually a better deal than what was first announced last year as it gives Todos more flexibility with the buyers or whoever is going to invest.
