Come now nobody cares about the details of the agreements, all they care about is how many zero they put on the revenue line.
The company has shown us how they financed Medrecycler-RI.
Truth: The company blew 8 mil on that project and never happened.
The company has shown us how they financed the bus shelters in Rhode Island.
Truth: Company never got financing for bus ad business. That business is losing 100K to 150K per year and no sign of financing going forward
The company has told us ( not going to take the time to look it up) how they finance certain projects like Durango put giving up ownership and taking a percentage of profits.
Truth: No authorized and approved financing with specific terms currently in place for Durango. Term sheet is not authorized and approved financing. Partner BlissfulHoldings.com website is even down. No word from J A Solar partner
IST will build the facility in the US and it will be financed by IST and it will sell IST panels with the SUN PACIFIC Name on them and Sub Pacific will take a percentage of the profits. There will be no 8K because SNPW will not be raising the funding.
Truth: No financing in place to purchase OEM solar panels supposedly having Sun Pacific Power labels on them. Not made in the usa by the way.
Expect a similar set up with FoxEss.
Truth: a glorified wholesaler of others products slapping SPP labels on them? lol. Know what you own. Just what shareholders signed up for. No UL certs, no solar bus shelters built or delivered and solar farms on hold without financing.
