Chapter 11 could keep Generex solvent while it works out a plan to pay off the creditors.

The court would oversee the process and have a say in the decision making. This would be very good since Joe has been an absentee CEO. The process could preserve our stockholder value if it is worth even half of what we have been led to believe.
The worst thing that could happen is that we get nothing instead of the $.0017/pps that we can’t even trade.
