If Elon takes Twitter into a subscription service for dirt cheap and drops ads as a revenue source, he avoids the section 230 BS.
Imagine Twitter with a free account for anyone, then a cheap subscription for the next level where spam bots can't go. The more money you can afford, the higher the level you go up. Everyone can post on Twitter. If you want to Tweet to Hollywood, you have to pay more. You want to Tweet and have personal talk with the boss, you pay premium. Multiple levels of access. Some might cost millions, yet those at the top will still come on and talk on the free level.
What's that worth?
Elon may have turned free speech into a cash cow.
People will pay to say what the hell they want.
