The agreements mentioned in link are over 4 years old and the company is not performing per the terms of the agreement. That language in the 10-K has been in 10-Ks since 2018.

Please know it's better to know than that not know. Make the calls and find out for yourself. Getting it from the horse's mouth.
ZERO revenue generated from any solar bus depots. Solar at bus depots does not generate revenue. NO wifi installed to date. Read the 10-Qs. Call the the cities and transportation companies.
Stop believing everything you read.
From post:
"Hard to believe how this Isnt the talk of the town. Perhaps people just dont grasp how massive this is. Well, I guess when there are this many massive project moving along under one roof, hard to keep it all straight.
Let me go down a path here, Keep in mind this is only an educated guess. I say each bus shelter will bring $1,000 per year in clean profit. That's roughly $100 per month per booth. I used 10 month calendar for simple gross profit from revenue calculation.
1,700 x $1,000 = $1,700,000 Gross Profit.
Lets say each bus shelter Makes $200 per month for 10 months, leaving 2 months out for expense ratio. That's $2,000 per year gross profit from revenue:
1,700 shelters x $2,000 = $3,400,000 Gross Profit.
The math gets crazy after this"
Lets say there is a sliding fee scale. Monthly range for 10 months is $100-500 per bus shelter. That's between $1,000 and $5,000 per year pure profit per shelter:
1,700 shelters x $1,000 = $1,700,000 Gross Profit
1,700 shelters x $5,000 = $8,500,000 Gross Profit
Dang Bus Shelters gonna get it! Between a minimum of $1,700,000 and $8,500,000 gross profit per year. What about all those extra service charges. Wifi? sweet Mary.
Folks. 1,700 is just the first real order. New York Next? I mean they will see these newage standalone solar bus shelters... only makes sense. Then LA? Chicago? Dallas? Miami? International?
You have NO IDEA what you are talking about with above info. NO IDEA. I feel bad for this cat. They own nothing in the way of shelters and math is totally absurd with those ridiculous calculations. Re-read the part about raising $ to deploy 20 bus shelters. Then re-read previous 10-Ks. lmao! Re-read the part about 60 benches in Florida. The re-read previous 10-Ks. lmao!
I have done a great deal of due diligence with this subsidiary going back to summer of last year after reading previous 10ks. It's a joke. Call RI transportation company and find out for yourself. Then get back to me. Even if you're 3000 miles you can still google Rhode Island bus depot stop sites along city roads. Take a hard look at the bus stops. You can google Tallahassee bus benches too. It might help to take a peak.
Do your own due diligence
imho
cheers
