Anyone who wants shares is better off bid sitting and get their shares for less cash, or getting more shares for the same amount of cash.
I am skeptical that the delay has anything to do with Shanghai lockdowns. Our guys are in Heze, 500 miles from Shanghai. Danforth is in the US (I don't remember where offhand), the attorney is in Michigan, the accountant is in Alberta, and people have gotten adept at working from home the last couple years.
Also, they were holding face to face meetings and doing presentations just over a week ago on the 15th and 16th. They don't so far seem to have been inhibited by the lockdowns, as they have released news on the Chinese platforms periodically over the last several weeks.
These are all my personal opinions of course. Doesn't mean I 'm right. It is also my opinion that the delays are due to some sort of administrative task(s) they need to do before filling the shell with whatever they're going to put in here. Whether that has to do with shares, compliance and regulatory documents, audits, business developments, etc. I don't know.
When they finish whatever they're doing, we'll move back up to a respectable level and beyond in a hurry. Sure would have been nice to launch from 02 or better instead of wherever we bottom out, but that's the reality we have.
My suggestion is for as many of us to email them (respectfully of course) to tell them shareholders want an update and some of the vagueness of their last two filings cleared up. Tell them we have been watching Pangbo Group developments out of China and we like what we're seeing but want some news to come out to a Western audience also. Make sure to let them know you don't want inside information. We want public release. Maybe suggest, like I will, that they should use Twitter as a mirror to their Chinese social media and put releases on both platforms. Suggest they settle with Pearlman and tell them we want information on that.. Ask other questions you can think of.

Personally I'm done looking for cheapies. I want EGOC to start moving up. Ask slapping and improved technicals aren't going to help without a catalyst to sustain it.
But the whiners and bashers on ihub will continue to have a field day until Pangbo speaks up. I'm done with ihub. I'm not even going to try over there anymore because Pangbo isn't giving me anything to work with.
