It's clear Joe is hiding. IMO acting as a crook unless he has a good explanation to clear the silence. Foreign entities wouldn't stay silent after transferring funds and no progress and or updates unless he shared IP ...... in that case they have accomplished their mission for peanuts. A valuation of at least 500 mil and major dilution of shares raises many questions. Problems don't start overnight so I believe Joe planned / acted accordingly and personally benefited financially and ruined shareholders value. Not filing 10q/k is a serious disregard to fiduciary responsibility and a clear sign of total disrespect to shareholders. To walk away with 0 accountability is unacceptable. If you have nothing to hide step up and face the shareholders.
