If you are looking at satellite image on Google maps that image is from Oct 2020. For a more updated image, download the free Google Earth Pro software to your computer. The latest sat. image for Tech City is from 10/31/2021.
From this image you can see that construction was started on the parking garage (NW corner), the foundation for the 9 story BPO tower south of the SWIFT admin buildings, and what looks like various "recreational" features/structures on the north side of the lake.
The newly announced Data Center is supposed to be located between the parking area and the SWIFT towers.
The original SWIFT tower/admin building was supposes to be completed by AMTRON in 11 months (by Jan 2020) but the towers are still not enclosed so that the interior work can proceed.
I am assuming that the building at dusk that you referred to from Jan 2020 is the 4 story building with roof deck, next to the Camp Office. This appears to be a public space, possibly with a kitchen/restaurant built by AMTRON. I don't think it is a solar production facility.
The Amtronics' QD Nano facility building site south of the eastern end of the lake has seen little activity over the last 2 years. The construction trailer that was added over a year ago has been removed.
The round sandy area and holding pond, looks like a dewatering area, and has been there since 2020 and may be being used for other building sites, like the nearby ESS site. I'm not seeing any real activity on the QD Nano site. What happened to the pre-fab work that was supposedly being done offsite in 2019?
AMTRON resumed construction activities last year for their other site projects and are making progress. Amtronics only has an intent to build.
