The cancellation of the 14C OCCURRED in 2021 did it not, which would be an event within the within the time period of the current 10K., January 1 2021 to December 31,th 2021.
So not really OLD news now is it?

Why fail to mention an investor paying double the trading price at the time January 29. 2021[b] when the cancelled 14c was still in effect?[/b]
Why fail to mention investor by 250,000 shares at a 25 to 50% discount February 8 2021 when the cancelled 14c was still in effect?
That 14 C did't phase them.
While fail to mention one was exercising a warrant?
Why fail to mention one was REMOVING CONVERTIBLE DEBT off the books?

Why fail to mention NOT ONE SINGLE SHARE OF STOCK WAS SOLD AFTER MARCH 11. 2021?
