Sure look like those that were owned (warrant and convertible debt) wanted and got in
all shares sold in 2021 were under a previous agreement
one buyer paid double the free market price
one buyer got a deal of 25 to 50% off
no new shares were sold after March 11,2021 to date
since then the
company's partner got funding for Durango
- distributorship was signed with FoxESS for a territory of North America, South America and Australia
- solar panel rebranding agreement was signed with IST
- a partnership to build a solar panel manufacturing facility in the US was signed with IST
- a partnership was signed with Aspire and REEA for projects in Australia
- putting 20 new bus shelters on the market
- court battle over Medrecycler-RI continues
