Dr. Parsons couldn’t have been clearer. The Bureau can’t sanction illegal activity. At some point Spain might not be so merciful and they may choose to make an example of someone(s).

The Bureau would likely share that letter with Spain if a legal battle came about because they would likely be a party, just like with GME.
PLEASE NOTE: I’m not saying the wreck is there. I’m just pretending they’ll find it. Spain won’t stand idle.
If/when a legal battle ensues, SFRX needs to make sure the Court knows the share price of EXPL. It’s like so relevant, right?
After all, SFRX is a whole 1/3 of a cent higher.
Weeeeeeeeeeee!!!
