EGOC, Dallas44 by now I would have hoped that everyone that comes to this board would be aware that EGOC is still under "shell status" until the great reveal. 99.99999 percent of investors here are not going to sell you their shares based upon your blah blah blahs. Everyone here is savvy to the reverse merger process and it takes time. The revealing will take place on their time schedule and not ours. I would like to see it happen immediately of course but I don't mind waiting. And who knows it may happen as early as Monday or the next filing we just don't know yet. That said I think everyone knows that this is going to be big when they do announce given the massive amount of information that has been found to date concerning EGOC/Pangbo Group/Shanghai Yicheng Culture so good luck on trying to scare them out of their shares this far down the line!!
As far as who did not perform their court ordered duties (ordered by a legal lawful court) to return preferred shares I will go out on a limb here and say that maybe you should ask the people that were there and a part of the return of those shares and not just ask ihub members for the information. I believe you could start with contacting the people that show up on the filings at the OTC since the purchasing of EGOC back in May of last year. Just look for the contact information and you will find an email address. If that doesn't work I am sure you can figure out the other paths that you can take. You might also check out some posts that stervc put out (one is sticky noted to the top of this board and has some good info) and one of those post links (if memory serves me) highlights exactly what is considered proper announcements by the "company" to inform the share holders or public of any pertinent information and company developments in accordance with new guidelines. You might be surprised to find out that now just the mere act of the company tweeting out or using the social media to divulge new information is considered to be adequate as long as they meet a couple of criteria. Good read put out by stervc a while back. That info may or may not pertain to this situation but I thought I would throw it out there.
PS Dallas44 since you are so anti EGOC (when they haven't even finished the reverse merger and have not divulged what exact company or companies are to be under the EGOC ticker and name YET) and you keep attacking EGOC multiple times a day in EVERY POST. Perhaps EGOC may not be good for you or your state of health and YOU must be the one to ultimately decide for yourself if you want to stay tuned for the big show or just whimp out like a spineless jelly fish when they are so close to that revealing. (It is my hope that you whimp out like a spineless jelly fish and sell and move on to something else but I am sure you will not do that) Choices choices choices.. I know that it must boggle your mind but most everyone that owns shares of EGOC prefer to make money and wait patiently for "THE GREAT REVEAL". A day, a week or a month who knows but the reveal will happen !!
I have a few questions of my own! I am wondering if you are just one of those that like to schmack talk while adding shares on the cheap..I think that is a valid question since you have only just begun your ihub posting career under a brand new name and have posted nothing but attacks on EGOC. I am also noticing some very interesting similarities between you and a few posters that got banned off of ihub in the past for using illegal multiple screen names. You see there were a handful of illegal aliases that were banned from all of ihub and they would just keep coming back under new illegal alias names and I am seeing some eerie similarities in that you are a brand new name here on the EGOC board and a brand new ihub name that just started your first postings here on the EGOC board yet again and also noteworthy are the similarities in style and delivery but I will continue to observe that phenomenon from a distance and not pass judgement.. That is totally up to IHUB to look into and not up to me. It is an interesting observation though. All just my opinions of course.
