Random thoughts about today's environment where CYDY is concerned.
I recently had a conversation with a fellow long. We both own more shares than we will ever need if LL is a little bit successful. We both stated that there was no reason to buy more & would not. I have been buying more ( all I can afford plus).
Why the change? For the "Longhaul(ers)". A little pun.
Seriously, why buy more? You have seen the quotes - "pigs get fat & hogs get slaughtered". Here is another one - "Kiss my asparagus!"
Board was a little jubilant at the mere possibility of board & officers buying shares.
It is considered a tell when people in the know invest dollars. IMO,not a big deal if you have plenty in the bank or more at risk.
The biggest "tell" to me is that DOJ, SEC,FDA, ETC... are in CYDY's backyard & they invite them in for coffee & a stay.
No, that wasn't the biggest " tell". It was that officers used their " get out of town" money to hire SA? No.
Samsung is being patient? No.
These small monthly raises are allowing warrants to clear? Yes, but not why I bought more.
That they continue to put their collective arses in the line of fire & newcomers readily accept the challenge? Yes!
Plus the fact that if you forget all about yesterday & buy at 25 cents today, tomorrows $2.50 is a 10 bagger. Hell forget about yesterday & $100 for a $3 investment(33x). Roughly 8 bucks gets you there based on today's investment.
$100 would be a 400 bagger? Say what? Has that ever happened? 10k on every hundred?
Forme it is more about protecting what I already own. In worst case scenario, I could flip a few to save the lot as Ican't imagine this not being the bottom.
