What to expect this next month now that we sold 1.

What to expect this next month now that we sold 1.8 million shares plus 3/4 warrants for a total of 3.15 million shares not including the Paulson Charge of what 12%. The big questions is will around a half million in funding last us a month with no trials in progress?
Was this just a bandaid to get us to the end of a negotiation? Or will the BOD be smart enough to set up the next round and just release the 700mg Nash results that many investors including my self believe that are spectacular? (The old Recknor drew us in on being excited about the Nash results.) Or will this be a multi news release when it happens? Like here are the Nash results and since they were such awe inspiring we partnered with blank to start a phase 3 trial with all the necessary bio markers that small biotechs only dream of.
When it comes to financing and only having a small sale of 1.8 million when we have so much more to sell for necessary day to day operations and any debt to pay down. This small sale looks like something is about to happen with great news. Or why so little shares being sold? This is what I believe should or could be a news release of some kind very soon. Should we list all the possibilities of news?
1. Nash 700mg results.
2. Nash partner for a phase 3 w/upfront monies
3. mTNBC partner for a phase 3 w/upfront monies.
4. New CEO with all the experience we dream of…
5. Announce that ANVISA restarts our trials.
6. The FDA has been notified that Anvisa approved.
7. New timeline to safety aggregate completion. With approved HIV mono restart of phase 3.
8. Resubmission of BLA as soon as safety aggregate is complete and audit shows all verifiable information has been harvested properly and is acceptable. With a firm new date of submission.
9. That a partnership monies has allowed us to start our FDA approved Long Covid Trial.
If I have left anything of our wish list… feel free to add any additional catalysts that might be coming up.
The big question is which one is the first to bump the stock price? Hmmm? Wouldn’t it be nice if all of them hit in the next 3 months? Oh to dream! As Shelly often says… Let’s go!!!
