Absolutely but don't be surprised if there isn't a lawsuit out of this. Mike should have known better especially with all his experience. I could not hear what was being said and wonder what airline has seats like that. I have never done first class seating but always pick 3c or 4c Isle seats with the extra leg room. I'm not tall and I don't care for "Burger King" but I always fly my way.
