What dumb a$$ punk adult-kid just asking for trouble.
Tyson would have been better off biting his ear off and I'm sure most here know why but if not I will explain in just a few words. A professional fighter's fists are classified as deadly weapon and can not be used as he did on that plane regardless of his fists being licensed as deadly weapons.
...so that is why he should have bit the guy's ear.
