Would Snpw really do this to current shareholders - seriously doubt they would dilute current shareholders with a stock buyback pre split. You do understand authorized shares are not subject to a reverse. Many companies stipulate in the filing that the company will not buy back shares pre split.
I assume you think this would be a good thing since you are posting it. It wouldn’t.
