Waiting on tweet saying the A/S will NOT be 1 Billion after a potential 100:1 to 1000:1 Reverse Split
Can you imagine a 1000:1 and staying at the same current 1 Billion Authorized Shares?
Do the math! That would be absolutely crazy dilution...but that's how the 14C filed on April 11th reads and for a reason. Shareholders holding the bag.
It's worded that way so you may get confused. But, that's what the group of elite shareholders approval by vote on Feb 18, 2022.
