You need to make a few phone calls like some did 9-12 months ago so you know what really happened and what never happened. It's not that hard to pick up the phone and do some due diligence. Your money is worth a little time.
I know most of what you have posted is false. You have been being told what people want you to hear.
I understand your frustration... but you really don't know what you own.
