There is NO financing in place also known as secured financing for any project. If there was, no 14C would be filed. Please understand how things work when a company has no cash, no credit and negative cash flow leading to a self-admitted being insolvent in the recent 10-K.
The 10-K did not confirm secured financing. Please read it again, closely. I will cut and paste the 7 or places where it mentions the risk to the company's being insolvent may affect the ability to get financing from all of the sources mentioned relating to the few projects they have announced. This has been very contagious for the company with all of it's projects never happening because the company is broke. Once you understand that, you understand why tweets and press releases don't work anymore.
You may be being told something different, that someone wants you to hear, causing you to be very inaccurate with much of your postings. So you're not in the know as may believe and you probably don't know what you own.
