Lesson learned for Verb If you say nothing, mar
Post# of 32627
If you say nothing, market will always assume the worst as they did for the last 6 months
I posted a few years ago Verb should raise $100M and do this right, but got boo'd off the stage and redflix almost got cancelled.
But hey, what do I know other than, what I know first hand what a company can do with $3M, $20M, $100M, $300M?
Reason why Bam raised $45M but it all this excitement, I don't remember if their shareholders were surprised by that or the sp
It usually takes 10-15% capital raises to double the value of tech companies
Imagine that...
Raise a percentage to double?
Now would be the time for Rory to do weekly check'ns with investors as clearly many need some hand holding asap. It's what I would do if I was leading a company again, but I'm not a MB QB so he can do what he wants.
Probably fine if he waits until Q1 call and likes to gamble which way the sp moves, but as we saw on the Q4, even low tier analysts lost interest.
I'd fire the IR guy you have in an instant or put him on a pay for performance contract.
Speaking of which, exactly where are those bonus goals that used to be spelled out for C-level? I'd like to see them and please don't let it be...
#1) We launched a festivus in 2022
The day Verb starts posting something that gives analysts numbers to push into their spreadsheets is when the sp starts moving
or reddit, wsb needs another stock to pump
