In this one and holding... one strong point to recent volume: Last week, a strong move to .021 with a huge volume disparity couple of hours.  That volume moved on what looked like one or just a few front-loading for a future event.  In other words it started then stopped abruptly about 12:30ish and nothing else traded for the day.
