The below was tweeted yesterday. Does this imply the authorized shares will remain at 1b post reverse when and if there is a reverse? Or will the authorized shares decrease in relation to the reverse should there be a reverse? For example, assuming a 1,000:1 reverse, would the authorized shares decrease to 1m shares or would they stay at 1b shares?
Has anyone received an answer on this subject? The key question isn't if they are increasing the authorized but rather are they decreasing the authorized on a par basis with a reverse should the Board elect to proceed forward with one.
