Back in October 2021, Delic Holdings (CSE: DELC) (OTCQB: DELCF) (FRA: 6X0), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Delic Labs, applied for a Health Canada 56 Research Exemption that would allow scientists to conduct research and tests on various compounds outside of psychedelic mushrooms, including MDMA and LSD (https://nnw.fm/8eOtZ).
The company finally received its exemption on April 13, allowing it to perform tests and acquire 60 grams of psilocybin mushrooms from Nectar Health Sciences Laboratory Division Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Psilobrain Therapeutics Inc. (https://nnw.fm/o7Cs6).
