Now as to voting and to Presidential elections.
Screw all this voting argument just have everyone vote in person with positive picture ID. Also have an odd number of states in the USA. So split California into two states and each state throughout the USA can only have 1 electoral vote.
Presidency, mainly two 6 year terms with the possibility of a 3rd term making the ability of 18 years. Mid-terms 3 years. Why expend the Presidential office terms? Damn simple first lets get beyond the BS of each party fighting for at least 2 years wrecking everything (both parties) but more important look at these damn dictators they are in office forever and with a continue plan forever. The Presidential office needs far more time.
