I just posted this on the board.

There was a reason for my question yesterday pertaining to private shares owned by insiders investors.
Don’t know if this can work or if the company is willing to do this but here goes.
I’m willing to take 5 million of my shares and loan it back to company.
My reasoning is wether I hold it in my portfolio or its held by company to help out the company and my investment.
Here’s what I am proposing…
If we get 100 investors to loan 5 million shares at a .001 evaluation = 500 million shares loan to company.
Company private investors match our loan shares of 500 million totaling = 1 Billion share. ( maybe even a 2 for 1 = 1.5 Billion)
Shares to be used to buyback shares at a .001 and are shelved.
Shelved shares stay shelved and is not used to dilute but to be used with a promissory note to a capital investor for funding. Im sure capital investor will be happy with a ten fold @ .01 return.
Shares are return to to investors at the higher evaluation as well.
I know there are many investors on this board the hold many shares.
Also company must be open and transparent with on going plans.
Again I don’t know if this can happen but it’s worth looking into.
