My guess as to why this happened is probably because we were behind on payments to Warren Averett, like we are with Samsung, so they quit. Unlike Samsung, they had no incentive to keep a relationship with the company. Just a guess but it may make sense.
If true, it's just another example of the hole Nader got us in. Thankfully we now have the opportunity to right things and the corporate culture has changed for the better from what I've seen. I'd love to see news of licensing deal soon but there is the strong possibility that all of this could still take a while to sort out.
