NVAE HUGE DD > > Last Year they signed a Merger Agreement, well after all DUE DILIGENCE was completed by Merging entity ALGAE INTERNATIONAL...and all Proper FILINGS were put into place and we are now Listed CURRENT, ....Confirmation of the R/M will be released Monday or Tuesday...AIGI is HUGE, AIGI has retained the exclusive services of David Gair, CEO of Pacific Oil Products, who designs and sells oil extraction equipment to the emerging biofuels industry, including over 200 of his own patented Type 90J and A (400V/4kW) model commercial oil presses.
Gair has brokered almost 1 million gallons of hydro-treated renewable jet and diesel fuels to the United States Defense Logistics Agency for testing and certification.
They are expected to release a full and comprehensive update about:
1)Where the company's operations are at at the moment and progress with the development of their 12 sites in Tulare, California.
2) Any possible government contracts that they may have bid for and received news about.
3) News of the recent fundraising and how they intend to use the funds generated from that.
Interest from the military which seems very likely is going to make a difference as to the size of the company.
4)Algae Planet Five Year Profit Forecasts:
