Sorry, but I would have more sympathy for your post of it inquired of any better brokers, but no, that is not what you asked.
Is there a reason you are stuck with your current broker? Take your pick, sign up at practically any other broker and have the new broker move your entire account over for you. Then call your current broker and tell them why you did it. Problem solved.
