Steve relocated to South Florida in 1998 following eighteen years of private practice in New York City. He has devoted his practice to the unique legal needs of developmental and emerging companies, predominantly in connection with: public and private, equity and debt financing transactions; periodic, transactional and other reporting and compliance matters under Federal securities laws; corporate governance matters; self-regulatory organization qualification and compliance; mergers and acquisitions; and, general business transactions. Steve received his J. D. degree from New York Law School in 1979 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in 1976. He has served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers for over 15 years.
