Companies at First North are governed by rules of First North and not the legal requirements for trading on a regulated market. An investment in a company traded on First North is more risky than an investment in a listed company.
Would this mean that SUCH COMPANIES are more likely to be a SCAM than one trading on the OTC?
Geee Whizzzzz... that soulds like a sure fire way to become a "stuckholder"... WHO's touting Cassandra Oil? someone who says JBI is a loser going sub-penny any day?
