Hope the 8-K defines the details of the agreement for shareholders benefit?? When was it signed? Who is paying for what? What % of any potential revenu goes to the company? The company already got sued for changing the medi-ri deal by giving away 80% of the revenue before the permit was denied.
Many questions surrounding the timing of the release of today's self-written article published online. Information made available to certain individuals ahead of an 8-K? Yesterday's trades will be scrutinized very closely.
All of this fluff immediately after a horrible 10-K? I would be all over the trades made Friday April 14th through today. It's very obvious someone is leaking inside to certain individuals on a preferred basis. Take a wild guess who?
Different type of due diligence for these types of desperate moves. Too many investors have been burned badly by these type of previous tactics on twitter and company controlled press releases that have been very misleading over the test of time.
