"The Law is not always logical"...in my personal experience...that is true...the law can be twisted in bizarre ways...almost wholly dependent on who's doing the twisting..."IF the glove doesn't fit...you must acquit"...has been seen too many times. The fact that SA is astern gives me hope for a positive outcome...there is much ahead...we do not see.
