just hanging around. lol yeah my take is they were still a shell in that filing period and so there isn't anything to report. Share count and everything else remained the same so now we wait for the big news to come out. They should start rolling out information on the new company and all of the goodies in short order... I would if I were them. They already announced that they were moving forward with the company plans so we should see what the company is and their value to share holders. I expect that we are currently GROSSLY UNDERVALUED.. It's going to get fun on Monday morning and going forward for sure! EGOC is alive and kickin.. JMO
