I think we all forget, IMO, Amarex is screwed to the wall here. There could be criminal intent, and if not, certainly shoddy work which with Sidley puts you into a very defensive position. I would not want to give Sidley a chance to paint a very different picture and end up in a horrible situation when you could have just settled and walked.
