I would add that while arbitration if in good faith can consume a lot of time, if not in good faith Amarex/NSF can be “encouraged” to giddy-up with the strong suggestion that a legal suit for damages is in waiting. Whatever “damages” are entertained, Amarex/NSF will want to quickly head off a catastrophic business scenario where their reputation gets dragged through public awareness…that could be fatal and encourage fair and expeditious arbitration.
