Yeah the DD was easy. Sign up a distributor with no money that's needs another company to distribute and stock inventory.

Too bad those "more news after the 10-K comes out" don't have 8-Ks behind them?
Weird how corporate tweets by a public company can refer to more news without an 8-K?
