Albert, Hylander and other Guys and Gals: Feel free to correct me if I am off base, but Generex must own NuGenerex on paper because how could it distribute share interests/warrants as dividends to Generex stock owners as was done two and half years ago as an irregular bonus distribution. NuGenerex is not a truly totally viable stand-lone entity and I believe the market maker would have to have sequester a share of the company in its initial offering in favor of Generex. Once set in motion, any person or single entity with a majority controlling or full ownership holder could spin off NuGenerex, including Generex itself, without concern for liabilities of the parent but Generex would receive the proceeds subject to its debt. A .002 cent per share listing tells me there is no value in any of the holdings of Generex, at least none that would accrue to holders of the dividends or any buyers of the pink sheet stock listing that was suspiciously launched on the pretext of a pre-market offering. .
. This is how I see it.... However, I probably do not know what I am talking about.
Be well all.
