And yet, I wonder what ROLE 'major shareholders' should still be playing in this game, in front of the (existing) BoD, and CEO
(or lack thereof)
...that is, in the defense of GNBT legitimate interests - and thriving -
(as nobody else seems to care about; not even OASIS, as one may fear)
and secondly, I wonder if Ryniker Consultants, LLC has some legal obligation not to 'undervalue' at any rate, OUR company
(kind of granted a RESPONSABILITY assumed and, implied in conducting and administer all procedding needed to make effective the due payment --- AND SO, not allowing unrestrained "mismagement"/misvaluation of ALL GNBT assets
sorry if I fell into the vicious cercle of Quis custodiet ipsos custodes, "In eligendo et in vigilando", and who is left to say/move in the name (and interest) of (our) company
