Good news week, except for the more waiting part.
Which means more time and opportunity for the same
posters who have claimed ad nauseam that George Sharp is
a "fraud/scammer" with an "empty no assets shell" and "no
merger" to keep making noise and looking for some new
angle to suggest more nefariousness.
Meantime, a debate goes on elsewhere on the GOFF
Telegram board apparently about what company George is
merging in, as some Telegram members have been adamant
it's Dapper, while I do not believe that obviously.
I am not a Telegram member but I thank 10Bags for sharing
with me some excellent DD that was just conducted by GOFF
Telegram members Sean and Jason, who phoned FINRA
directly to ask some pointed RM name-change questions and
got answers from a senior FINRA employee with experience
specifically in reverse mergers.
Of great current significance to what is happening with GOFF,
Sean/ Jason report the FINRA representative confirmed "there
is no way FINRA would ever approve a name change for a
reverse merger until a custodianship is discharged. He said
anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they are
talking about.
As for the name change itself, Sean/Jason report the senior
FINRA employee "was very strong on this point: FINRA does
NOT do placeholder names. Whenever you change a name,
they ask you, 'Why are you changing it?' If your answer is: 'It is
a narahnlder name for DD nurnnce hit the final name ie
