We may be seeing a glimmer of hope for us, or maybe it is just the glint of the knife that is coming our way.

Having considered Oasis Capital, LLC’s notice of motion to intervene in this matter and
its memorandum of law in support of that motion, and for good cause shown, Oasis Capital, LLC’s
motion to intervene is hereby GRANTED. Counsel for Oasis Capital, LLC are hereby directed to
file Oasis Capital, LLC’s proposed intervenor complaint.

We know that Oasis Capital, LLC has a major interest in seeing the NuGenerex IPO come to fruition. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/10597...forms1.htm (one of many references).
To have NuGenerex’s assets liquidated at a fraction of its true value would not be in Oasis best interest. So hopefully what is good for Oasis will also be good for Generex and our stock holdings. It looks like Oasis has temporarily put a cork in the “Fat Lady” mouth before she could sing.
