HERE IS MY TAKE ON THE AEI SITUATION. CHAN IS THE DUMBEST
HERE IS MY TAKE ON THE AEI SITUATION. CHAN IS THE DUMBEST INSIDER IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. IN APRIL ALONE, HE PURCHASED AT LEAST 5 MILLION COMMON SHARES OF AEI, WITH LAST PURCHASE BEING JUST HOURS PRIOR TO ANNOUNCING THE S-3. THIS S-3 WAS ANNOUNCED ON A MONDAY, WHICH MIGHT BE THE WORST DAY OF WEEK TO DO SO! USUALLY THEY TRY TO BURY BAD NEWS OVER THE WEEKEND.
SO NOW... JUST TO BE CLEAR CHAN BOUGHT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF AEI JUST HOURS AND DAYS AHEAD OF ANNOUNCING S-3 ON THE WORST DAY OF THE WEEK, KNOWING FULL WELL THOUSANDS WOULD PANIC SELL OUT OF IGNORANCE, CRUSHING THE PPS ALONG WITH IT, HIS INVESTMENT. IS THIS ALL MAKING GOOD SENSE YET? LOL
SERIOUSLY, CHAN IS THE BENEFICIAL OWNER OF SOME 44 MILLION SHARES OF AEI. FEW COULD ARGUE THAT CHAN GOT CAUGHT IN THE DARK. I'M SURE EVERYONE WOULD AGREE CHAN KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS COMING
THE (S-3). A SHELF OFFERING IS ACTUALLY A SMART MOVE. I LIKEN IT TO GETTING PRE-APPROVED FOR A MORTGAGE. THE MONEY IS THERE WHEN THE DEAL IS OPTIMAL AND THE TIMING IS JUST RIGHT. I BELIEVE THE SHELF LIFE IS 3 YEARS AND IT SAVES TIME AND AVOIDS MESSING WITH THE SEC WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT AND CAN BE EXTENDED IF NOT FULLY USED WITHOUT PAIN. THE S-3 ALSO LOWERS THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS FOR AEI. SO ALL IN ALL, NOT A BAD MOVE IF USED PROPERLY.
AEI WAS NOT HURTING FOR CASH PRIOR TO S-3 ANNOUNCEMENT. THE S-3 WAS FOR A TOTAL OF 75M. COMMON SENSE TELLS ME CHAN IS LOOKING DOWN THE ROAD AT SOMETHING HUGE. THE S-3 WASN'T SUBMITTED SIMPLY BECAUSE CHAN GOT BORED.
THIS ISN'T CHAN'S FIRST RODEO, HE HAS BEEN AROUND A WHILE AND BEEN INVOLVED WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES.
SO BOTTOM LINE IS, YOU EITHER BELIEVE CHAN IS A COMPLETE IDIOT WITH MONEY TO BURN... OR THAT CHAN KNOWS EXACTLY WHATS COMING DOWN THE PIKE, AND IS DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE/LEGAL TO EMBRACE THE SITUATION.
I MYSELF, CHOOSE TO BELIEVE THE LATTER. CHAN KNOWS, AND I BELIEVE SOMETHING ABSOLUTELY TREMENDOUS IS HEADED OUR WAY.
I WILL CONTINUE TO ACCUMULATE UNTIL SOMEONE CONVINCES ME I'M WRONG.
BEST OF LUCK TO EVERY ONE REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU DO.
