Maybe referring to claims supported by last 10-Q?

All claims are supported by quarterly and annual filings.
There is also no disputing the age of articles released over the past 3 year regarding projects stating millions or billions of projected revenue...that have never been launched to date.
It's been one big fantasy land following the company. Nobody knew what a nano panel or a PV inverter was before 12-31-21. Now, everyone's an expert on these products that has turned the company into a distributor looking for partners to help store and distribute other company's products. Scary, to think about how little margin is left for a distributor needing partners to distribute.
Hold companies accountable when the stock is down 96%, over the past year or so, showing peanuts for revenue, net losses every quarter/year, no assets.
This is the reality here so it's fair game to challenge authenticity of self-published tweets, articles along with message board inside hype. Especially, when recent history has proven, these tactical cryptic communications, to be inaccurate, overstated and never materializing.
Most serious investors doing their own research and due diligence know the real status on the ground with solar bus shelters (read the 10-Q), solar panel patents, since 2019, no yet UL certified, as well as, Mexico's governmental resistance (not political unrest as tweeted) which already existed when the company tweeted a photo of vacant Durango land and then there's the huge news over 2 years ago about the Australia. Kangaroos gone quiet? But there's big hope with recent hashtags #Texas #Indonesia? Maybe the cryptic hashtags in corporate tweets will be revealed in the upcoming annual 10-K? Don't count on it.
Please ask companies the tough questions, when its stock is in the tank, Where's the actual revenue?...and What and Where are the actual assets? ...and Who are the actual people managing the business?...and What previous experience and success does leadership have in business sectors being pursued?...and Are there any conflicts between leadership and the company's business.
Don't be disappointed because no shareholder call was set up as promised in Q1 of last year. When those types of promises (company tweet), are not delivered to shareholders for over a year now, just take that as a clue.
Maybe ask yourself why one person has to the president, ceo (only employee publicly listed) across all subsidiaries.
Read the company's public filings. Always do your own due diligence
Hold them accountable
imho
