I had stock in an old company with a par value of $1.00. The company went up for sale under Chapter 11 and was bought by a Stalking Horse. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/stalkinghorsebid.asp The Buyer got all the assets and the stockholders got $500 million and all the debt. After 10+ years of Chapter 11 litigation, the shareholders got what we expected, NOTHING!
Generex isn’t even going under a Chapter 11 route. Instead a judge just gave the whole company, lock, stock and barrel to Ryniker Consultants. Do you think that they will give a rat’s ass about any stockholders. We would be lucky if they would even put forth the energy to give us a giant middle finger.
