Joe should be investigated by the FBI , imo his fiduciary responsibility/accountability may have been jeopardized by his international transactions. It appears Joe and Todd covered up severe financial trouble and possibly illegal activities by telling shareholders we are in a quiet period and unable to disclose news and/ or updates. Troubles don't start overnight and imo they deliberately used deflections to hide the truth for weeks that turned into months and almost a year. Joe called many shareholders buffoons, idiots, scum etc ....... where is the biggest buffoon now ........ selling paintings with Hunter B ..... or working on the next "Big deal".
"World Class Management" and complete silence....... are we dealing with crooks or ego gone bad????
IMO Joe treated GNBT as a private company "his baby" and didn't mitigate risk and expected to be Nasdaq listed , talked and filed several S1/A's, to raise additional funds thru selling shares. Unfortunately it appears his lack of understanding regulatory requirements combined with occasionally poor behavior and toxic funding finally caught up with him.
Or maybe we are all wrong ....... how about the truth Joe....... did you transfer any GNBT Holding IP and where is the China money ............. if legit deals and actions there is no need to hide for shareholders .........the questions won't go "silent" until clarified .........
