NO, no, and no. BP doesn't waste their time with such stupidity. Have you seen them do it to any other company they were buying? I think not. If that's the way it happened, there'd be a long history of such a thing. Also, CYDY is had for pennies now, so they'd just get the deal done and keep moving on.
