I posted some of their issues last week, and this is after they fired the CEO on Jan. 25th. It took them 75 days to finally PR the problems. The point is that firing the CEO is no guarantee of future success. CYDY has legal issues with the CRO. Maybe they'll win in court.
This is a horrible time for small biotechs in need of funds. Money is expensive and tight. COVID is still around, but diminished. I'm not going to root for it to make a comeback. Biotech is great risk, great reward and the odds are with the house, not the investor.
