Wildcat Silver is a division of the Augusta group of companies with Richard W. Warke as Chairman and CEO. His BIO fails to include the years he spent as COB of Sargold, and the disasterous $20M mess they left in Sardina, Italy.

Augusta wants to develop an open pit copper mine destroying the Santa Rita mountains south of Tucson. They have spent around SEVEN years and over $43MILLION dollars trying to get their permits.
