Only 1 reason...no $$ and facility to store inventory/product.
Maybe you can see Sun Pacific Power or Foxess on this list below? I might have missed them. You're right, they look like small companies on this list. lol
I'll put my faith in a credible research company's article versus some free internet press company charging money for self-serving wagon-hitching article as an advertisement about projects that never materialized.
